Here you will find an approximate price guide and types of works carried out.
BATHROOMS
Such work as new fixture fittings,
adaptions for disabled access, leaking tapes or just a new lick of paint. This work can be done in under an hour so it can cost between £8-£12+
New toilet, sink or bath fitting, as this job can take a few hours depending on exsisting fittings. Can be between £12-£36+
FLOORING
Anything from sanding down wooden floors and re-varnishing, to the laying of carpet, viynl, laminate of tiles. These jobs can vary in time and prep so a flat rate of £10p/h is the labour charge, again materials will be added to the final invoive.
Gardening
From general cutting of hedges to grass cuts, basic clear up or repairing broken fencing can cost £8+ depending on size of the garden.
Full Landcaping is available at an hourly flat rate of £10 , this can include anthing from releveling of lawns to building of structures, pathways, fencing and more.
KITCHENS

New sink or worktops/cupboards. These jobs can take a few hours depending on exsisting fittings. So can be between £12-£36+
DOORS
A basic colour restoration on UPVC Doors can be done for as little as £8 per door, for a wooden paint restoration thiswill cost more at a rate of £12p/h due to the time to prep.
Basic door installation is available for internal and external doors at a £12p/h rate.
Cost of materials will be added to the final invoice.
PAINTING
All painting a decorating jobs come up at a standard rate of £10p/h anything from walls to skirting boards. I also wallpaper at the same paint. Again materials will be added to final invoice. If any materials would like to be purchased I can do this to save time.
ELECTRICAL
Again as described before, I unfortunately don't hold any qualifications in electrical works , but again a contractor will be used at a low rate.
These jobs can include fitting of switches, lights, plugs or any outdoor electrics. Feel free to ask for any more information on this subject.
WINDOWS
If you would like just a basic wash and clean down on UPVC to restore it. This can cost from £8+ p/h
For a more advanced job of replacing putty stripping paint and re-painting. cost £12p/h
